SERVICE CENTERS ENHANCE THE LONG-TERM PERFORMANCE OF COINCO

ST. LOUIS-April 1, 2002-Coinco continues its 40+ year commitment to helping increase vending
operator profits by enhancing the long-term performance of Coinco bill and coin
changing equipment.

The new Coinco Field Service Centers use factory original, new parts to enhance the
durability of Coinco products. Work is performed by factory-trained technicians
at 19 locations throughout the U.S. and Canada.

of vending equipment needs service, especially since many units operate under

different than a well-engineered car that still requires a periodic tune-up to
operate at maximum efficiency. Most vending equipment still works if you don't

Service Centers are designed around a total service team concept. Coinco service
specialists are trained to perform like the finely tuned, highly efficient pit
crews at Indy races. Just like a pit crew member, each Coinco factory-trained
specialist handles specific diagnostics, repairs or upgrades. This
specialization allows them to work more efficiently to return a customer's
equipment to the profit-making race as soon as possible.

deliver at the customers' facilities to reduce turn-around time and minimize
handling costs.
