LEVASSEUR NAMED VICE CHAIRMAN

ST. LOUIS — November 15, 2002 — Leo Levasseur has been named to the position of vice chairman of Coin Acceptors, Inc. (Coinco). In his 35-year career with Coinco he has held a variety of key management positions, most recently executive vice president.

“Leo Levasseur has made many valuable contributions to Coinco and this change in title is an appropriate recognition of his many years of dedicated service to the company,” said Jack E. Thomas, Jr. president. “He has played a critical role in the design and engineering of many of Coinco’s most successful products.”

Founded in 1958, Coinco is a privately owned manufacturer of coin acceptors, coin changers, bill acceptors, control systems and other component parts for the vending industry.
