BILL MORGAN NAMED NORTH REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT

ST. LOUIS — November 15, 2002 — Bill Morgan has been named North regional vice president of Coin Acceptors, Inc. (Coinco). He was formerly assistant director of sales.

A three-year veteran of Coinco, Morgan previously spent six years with Alto as regional manager for the western United States. He has a BBA in marketing from Texas Christian University, and an MBA from the University of California, Irvine.

Founded in 1958, Coinco is a privately owned manufacturer of coin acceptors, coin changers, bill acceptors, control systems and other component parts for the vending industry.
